Ingredients :
3 beautiful red mullet fillets Seasonal vegetables
Parsley
Lemon BAYA extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper
Préparation :
1- Start by peeling and cutting vegetables into pieces to cook. 2- Meanwhile, cook the red fillets in a pan with BAYA virgin olive oil .
3- Strain the vegetables and put a little olive oil with citron juice. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
4- Put a fillet of red mullet over, it’s ready.
